The classic Big Mac sauce! Obviously great in a burger, but equally good with grilled meats and in sandwiches generally.
It might come as a surprise that the yellowy-orange colour is from paprika, not (as I have seen in most attempts) tomato sauce mixed with mayonnaise. You can find a recipe for burgers here.
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of sweet pickle relish
- 1 dessert sp of yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- Mix all the ingredients together!
