- 1 jar of pre cooked chickpeas (I used a Ferrer 660 g jar)
- 1/2 a clove of garlic
- 1 lemon’s juice
- 1 dessert spoon of tahini
- 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
- a good drizzle of olive oil (about 4 tbsp)
- salt (if at all, as they are already salted) and pepper to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Done!
